There are only two drugs for hair loss clinically tested and FDA approved: Minoxidil (Rogaine and other brands) and finasteride (Proscar, Propecia, etc.), there are some very interesting drugs, such as dutasteride or entreaties but not enough studies yet. If you are in natural things, the only thing that can be helpful is Saw Palmetto (capsules are sold in physical stores) because it contains anti androgens like those found in Propecia.
