Golf Simulator Tournaments & Events
Competition is built into RG. More than 2,000 tournaments have been hosted online on RG simulators — from monthly amateur events to qualifiers feeding professional tours — and RG is the title sponsor of an AJGA championship in North America. For venue operators, that competitive layer is a reason for players to come back.

RG's Competition mode connects bays across the network, so players compete beyond their own venue.
What an event program does for your bays.
A simulator sells one visit. A competition calendar sells the next one. Events are how an RG venue turns first-time players into repeat bookings.
An event night doesn't cost you bay hours — it fills the ones you couldn't sell
The first thing most operators assume is that a tournament blocks inventory they would otherwise sell. If that were true, every event would be a night of prime hours given away — which is exactly why the competition calendar never gets scheduled and the bays stay quiet on the days that need help. RG's tournaments run online across connected bays on a window you set, so you can place them in soft midweek and daytime hours. The hours you couldn't sell become the hours that fill.
A league gives a player a reason to book the next round before they leave this one
A simulator bay sells a novelty visit easily and a second visit rarely. Without a reason to return, every booking has to be won again from scratch through marketing you pay for each time — and a venue that re-acquires the same customer every month never builds a base. A standing league puts a deadline on the next round. The rebook stops being something you chase and becomes something the player schedules themselves.
A junior qualifier brings families through the door who have never booked a bay
Most indoor golf demand comes from golfers who already know they want to hit balls, which caps your market at people already looking for you. Those golfers arrive after work and on weekends, leaving daytime hours structurally soft no matter how well the evenings sell. A junior qualifier brings parents and young players in — an audience that has often never booked a simulator — and it runs during the day. Soft hours get filled by customers you were not otherwise reaching.
Being an official qualifying site is a claim the venue down the road cannot make
Simulator venues in the same market tend to look identical from the outside — comparable bays, comparable rates, comparable hours. When nothing separates you, the customer chooses on distance and price, and price is the one lever that damages the business to pull. Hosting an official qualifying site for an AJGA championship is a credential a competing venue cannot copy by cutting rates. It gives your local marketing something to say other than "we also have simulators."
The tournament software is already in the platform
An event program normally means sourcing tournament software, learning it, and running scoring by hand on the night. That overhead lands on whoever is working the floor, and a program that depends on one person remembering how it works quietly dies the first month they are away. Tournament and league functionality is built into RG's software — more than 2,000 tournaments have been hosted online on RG simulators. Running an event is a scheduling decision, not a new system to operate.
