RG Certified Installer & Technician Program

Get paid to install RG golf simulators.

When an RG customer buys on-site installation and calibration, a certified RG installer does the job and gets paid for it. You also quote that customer directly for everything around the bay: enclosure, turf, electrical, PC and projector, and finishing. Now recruiting in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

First 10 certified installers/technicians may qualify for a free demo unit.

Founding installer offer

The first certified installers get a demo unit.

The first 10 installers or technicians who complete RG certification may qualify for a free RG demo unit. Put it in your showroom, take it to builder walk-throughs, or run demo nights, and let clients hit balls before they sign.

Eligibility is reviewed case by case, based on certification date, service territory and install capability. A demo unit is not guaranteed. Unit and terms are confirmed in your installer agreement.

Frequently asked questions

Questions installers ask us.

How does the free demo unit offer work?

The first 10 installers or technicians who complete RG certification may qualify for a free RG demo unit. We review each case based on when you finished certification, the territory you cover and your install capability. Qualifying is not guaranteed, and the unit and terms are set out in your installer agreement.

How do I get paid?

When an RG customer buys the on-site installation and calibration package, a certified installer does the job and is compensated for it. Any build-out you do for that customer, such as construction, enclosure, turf, electrical, customization or design, you quote and invoice directly.

What do I need to become certified?

You need to complete RG certification training and be able to support clients after installation. Contractor, AV or simulator install experience is a strong fit. Certified installers are expected to stay in regular contact with RG and keep their certification current.

What does the process look like?
  1. Submit the application with links to your past projects.
  2. Have an intro call with RG North America.
  3. Review and sign the installer agreement.
  4. Complete certification training.
  5. Get listed and start receiving install jobs.
Do I need a showroom?

No. A showroom or demo space helps you close build-out work, which is why the founding offer includes a possible demo unit, but it isn't required.

Can I sell my own services to clients?

Yes. Design, construction, enclosure, electrical, maintenance and other on-site services are yours to sell, on terms you agree with the client.

Is there a subscription fee for customers?

No RG subscription is required today. Paid per-use packages may be offered in the future. RG software updates are included and delivered remotely by RG Golf.

Many commercial clients also want weekly or monthly on-site technical and maintenance service. Certified installers can sell that separately, on terms agreed with the client.

Which regions are you recruiting in?

The United States, Canada and Mexico. Priority goes to markets that don't yet have an RG-equipped location or a certified RG installer.
